SOOZ' DIET DIARY
On this page I will endeavour to show the whole world how my diet has been going, (I really need to get back into those size 14 Leather Trousers in my wardrobe!).

Each week I will (truthfully) announce how much weight I have or haven't lost and I will also include a copy of the food I have eaten that week.

I am supposed to have a limit of 22 weight watcher points but very rarely seem to stay within that limit.

If anybody would like a copy of the form I use to keep track of my food and points then feel free to email me and I will send you the file.

Im starting again - 30th June, had a break as a certain person who has a liking for Indian takeaways has been visiting (he knows who he is!)
Why can't Indian takeaways be low in points??
Anyway I kick started it off with a three day diet (only lasted two) that resulted in a 5lb loss, now I'm motivated (want a copy??  drop me an email.)      Sooz
