CHICKEN LUAN
INGREDIENTS;
METHOD;
2oz butter
1 large stick of celery, chopped
2-4 level tsps curry powder
1 oz flour
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
seasoning
12 oz diced cooked chicken
8oz can diced pineapple in juice
Melt the butter in a pan.
Add the celery and the curry powder and cook for 4-5 mins.
Add the flour and cook for 1 min.
Stir in the chicken soup, seasoning and pineapple and heat gently.
Serve with rice (not counted).
