CHICKEN CAESER SALAD

In a huge bowl put a generous layer of mixed salad leaves, top with halved cherry tomatoes, chunks of cucumber, raw sliced mushrooms (and any other free salad vegetables)

Add 50g of shop bought flavoured
croutons (Rochelle Mediterranian Salad Croutons)

Sprinkle a
chicken breast with salt and pepper and a little Indian Spice.  Grill until cooked. Slice thinly and layer over the salad.

Drizzle with low fat
Caeser Dressing (Craft)
