| Chicken Tikka |
| Ingredients; |
| 500g Lean Chicken Pieces 2 egg whites Chicken Tikka Seasoning 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt 1 tablespoon mint sauce Rice and salad to serve |
| Method; |
| Dip Chicken Pieces in the egg white then into the Chicken Tikka seasoning. Leave to marinade for 30 mins or overnight in the fridge. Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 mins. Prepare the yoghurt sauce by adding a tablespoon of mint sauce to 4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt, and mixing well. Serve with plain boiled rice and fresh salad. |
