Week of: July 3, 2000Day 78: July 3, 2000Super Leg and Ab workout today. I felt real strong today even though I had to shorten the workout by a few sets. Eliminated the last set on each exercise but still kept the intensity up. The vacation is upon me and at this point and am really looking forward to it. The plan is to find a gym to get my workouts in while I am there. Being this was a last minute vacation, I haven't had a chance to research the gyms in the area, so will have to play it by ear. Day 79: July 4, 2000Happy 4th to everyone!! 30 minutes on the bike felt great. Intensity was way up throughout. Once again, I am looking forward to my vacation, and am going to make tomorrow my off day being I will be traveling. Wish me luck in finding a gym. Onward............. Day 80: June 5, 2000Was up bright and early this morning for the trip to Niagara Falls. Along the way, we stopped in Corning, NY to see the Museum of Glass. It was a very interesting place to see, and got to see a lie "Hot Glass Blowing" demonstration. We arrived to Niagara Falls in the early evening and all I can say is WOW!! They are totally amazing to see and hear. The awesome power of the falls is definitely something I recommend for everyone to see. Day 81: July 6, 2000Found a gym that says it is open 24 hours, but when I am ringing the bell, no one answers the door. Needless to say, I didn't get to a gym for my expected workout. I did get a modified workout done over the past day and a half by having to carry my son, who weighs 40 lbs, on my shoulders much of the time we were walking around by the falls. Day 82: July 7, 2000My modified workout continued today as we left Niagara Falls and headed to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, NY. Again, I had to carry my son around parts of the Hall of Fame. Not as much as by the falls, but enough, none the less. Day 83: July 8, 2000Today, it was Howe Caverns and The Catskill Game Farm and once again, I had to carry my son through much of it. Don't get me wrong, I love carrying him, but after a while, he does get heavy. Especially when he drops some crackers that he is trying to feed to some of the animals, and I have to squat and pick them up. Afterwards, it was the trip home and some much needed rest. Day 84: July 9, 2000The end is here. Day 84 has arrived and I feel great! I've made some great progress and am looking forward to continuing this lifestyle.... The Body For Life Lifestyle!! I will be taking my pictures tomorrow and I have to complete my profile. I will have the photos posted on the "Success" page. There I will once again have my "Before" pictures posted along with the "Final" pictures side by side. Also be on the lookout for some changes to the site as I redo it a bit to add my next challenge.
