It's funny because I was not completely sure how I did on the placement test for Japanese, but either way I was not going to let it phase. When I was handed the paper it phased me a little.... the only reason why it bothered me was because of all the trouble that I went through to get the guy at SJU to approve the Japanese 2. When I got the paper it read Japanese M1. Logically I thought about it and i really did not fret over it. i believe that I was more concerned with it affecting my schedule in any fashion. Nope, checked and double checked, they have Japanese M1 at the same time as Japanese 2. Everyone else was sitting their figuring out their scheduling while i was all ready filling out my class registration form. tee heee. The woman who was explaining how to register for classes did an awful job of explaining it clearly. Like most school functions, she was either reading something in her head that is probably in a school book that i have somewhere, or it is on a paper that I have. Regardless I can read it later. Sara looked like she was falling asleep and i began to draw as well as wonder if my boyfriend would be able to call me today... My phone goes off, of course i set the volume at level 5 so the either room hear's it go off. It was kinda embrassing, but i thought cute. "Honey could you call me back in 15 minutes?" "yeah okay sure."
I felt back nothing even getting to be friendly with him since it was the first time that I had a chance to speak with him since i have gotten here. I did not want him to think that I was being cold. Then it was over. i meet a really cool girl from the filopines named Jenny. I asked her if she sang or did theater since she looked like the type. She said no to both, so i decided to follow their group as well as continualy watch my phone like a hawk. i kept talking to the phone "okay, you can call now." When he did i was sooo happy, I got to speak with him for 30 minutes, naturally we were cut off because of the limit on the phone card, but i was on cloud nine after he called. Once I was back in the dorm Kaori was there and I told her that he called etc, etc etc... Then I asked/begged her to go with me so that I could open up a bank account. She obligied. We went and did not have too much difficulty opening it up. Then we stopped at the benri, since I am always poor and I got these icecream balls that were rather good. I offered her some but she only wanted one since she was planning on going out with her friends and having lunch. Once we got back to the dorm we chatted for quite some time, then I e-mailed the rents my bank information. Mina and I were then discussing karate and such and began attempting to remember different things. i showed Minori the basic stance and punch. Then I started stretching they were amazed so I did some tricks, aww I felt young again. Dinner time and then I did a few more things on the computer, but naturally I was curious to see if Jim would be on. Then i was invited to go the department store with a few of the girls because the giants won and they would be having a big sale.
