Upon waking up it seemed that everyone in the house was all ready up or in the process of leaving. Our breakfast was sitting on the tale waiting for us. It was a slice of bread with a slice of cheese on it. It was good, but it stil left me wanting more... Mia's host father left saying that i could come back any time that I wish. I thanked him for having me over, and him and Yui, his daughter, left. Mia informed me that both of her friends that she was attempting to get ahold of where busy or apathetic to going out, which was fine by me since i was rather tired myself. Mia cleaned the rather dirty fish tank that her host father gave her, which he probably found in their yard. While she was cleaning, I went around the corner and poked at the chicken hehehehe. Mia decided that the plain plastic tank did not have enough accent to it, so she added some mini rocks that her host family had in the yard. She then put the fish in the tank, one seemed to be having problems. Mia kept thinking that the fish was dying since it would turn upside. I thought that the fish might be imblanced. At a closer look the one eye was completely black whereas the other one had silver around the edge. We both came to the conclusion that the fish is blind. He was swimming upside down because he or she did not know which way was up. So it was time to get the bus. Mia was kind enough to give me some money for the bus. Our first stop was Animate, which took Visa, YES!!! So while searching around I decided that I probably should buy the next few Nana's. Then I was searching diglently through the artbooks seeing if i could find anything that could be a hot item on ebay. Books such as Pretear, BGC the original, and some other ones get a lot of money on ebay. Naturally I did not find any of them. Second floor, contained dozens of cd's, which I have given up on since I can ever read the sides of them and I really do not feel like searching through them. There were DVD's but most of them were expensive and naturally without english subtitles. Third floor, contained all sorts of random good stuff, you know those little trinkets no matter how hard you try to justify buying them, you never REALLY need them. I looked around aimlessly for what, I was not sure... i did find a really cool case to hold my capsule toys :) nevertheless, I did not buy it. Next floor, fourth and final, atleast for the customers, was the doushinji and art supplies. Mia drolled all over the doushinji, as I drolled over the CG programs and some of the art supplies. Looking at each item I kept thinking the same phrase over and over "do i REALLY need this?" I could never find an affirmative. Mia said that she only allows herself to spend money on transportation, and food, and that is pretty much it. I was then giving serious thought into getting a part time job. Next stop was a mall that Mia had to pee at, so we both went, I changed my shirt too since it was exceedingly hot. The wheater has a very bad tendious to change to extreme through out the duration of the day. It is autumn, but it does not feel like it at all..... I want cool wheather. My sunglasses broke as well. It is okay because they were just keeping tradition, since all of the sunglasses that I have ever owned either were broken, or lost. I tried to put them back together with the hope that "their still good, their still good!" I was exceedingly hugry after this excursion to the bathroom, and I glared at the candies. Then I figured that I would just wait until I got to the hyaku en store nearby to get more food for my yen, get it? So we stopped at a few UFO catcher places. I marveled at the space, and Mia and I both flipped when we saw Chobits UFO catcher dolls. SOOO CUUTE!!!! Mia gave me a 100 yen to try. I was sooo close, the claw picked up the doll, only to let it slide off. I think that UFO catcher machines over here are more difficult than in America. Anyway I finally got some food at the 100 yen store. I had vanilla waffers with peanut butter filling in the inside. So Mia and I called it a day, and she said that if Jim wanted to see the city that we could come out for a day or something. I wished her goodbye and got onto the train with hesistance. I asked some lady to make sure that the train was in fact stopping at Shinjuku, yes confirmed it. I was still kinda wary, but that wariness stepped into sleepliness. I read Nana on the train, and it was very relaxing. One of my favorite things to do here is take the train when it is not too crowded and just ride. It is no wonder that sooo many people just sleep on the train. Once i got back to the dorm no one had asked where I had been so I really did not divulge. I ate dinner and called it a night.
