Well today started off rather slow and I did not eat that much for breakfast. I started out with the intention of studying the rest of my homework, but i lent my laptop to miki so that she could download some videos. I ended showing her the Yatta video and everything. She kept laughing and asking me if i knew what they were saying. So finally my boyfriend came on, and i talked for a short while. Harumi said that Minori was going to take her to this really neat place and I figured that I should join them. I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood to figure my way around. Then I came back and Minori was still on the computer writing an excessively long e-mail to her friend, still. I told her that I was going to head to the bank and that I would probably just meet them at the station to go. I went to mitsubishi bank and took out some money, yeah. I bought some conditioner and detergent, since i am not sure how the powder stuff works, and if it is working it is not working well. Anyway I stopped at the arcade and e-mailed Minori to call me before they left the dorm since I had left my pills in my room. Once i got out of the drug store she called saying that she and Harumi were all ready on their way. I told Minori to go in my room and get a packet. She asked me where I was and I told her Kagurazaka dori. So told me just to come back to the dorm, so I rushed home and quickly put my stuff upstairs, and rushed back down. they called Chai Lee and Sara and we were off. We went to a different subway station than i thought we were originally going to. So we got on and Harumi and i were being silly with our camera's since we both have the same exact kind :). We got off at Shinjuku a few of the girls bought some pan, even though it was only a 100yen I decided that it would be better to save my money. We got on the train and headed for shimokitazawa. Anyway when we first got off the train I really liked the area that we were. It was nice quiet and the people seemed more laided back than those in Tokyo. Minori said that it is a very artesty town where a lot of young ppl live. I thought about how nice it would be to live there. After going by soo many places that I wanted to look or shop Minori finally found the enterance that she knew of. Next we were looking for a place to eat. I wanted okonomiyaki because i have not had it before, but Sara wanted Korean food, Chai Lee did not Chinese food, and i could have meat. We all decided that we are all way to diverse :P Anyway we ended up finding this little shop that from the outside was not too impressive but i liked how they designed the upstairs. the food was way too expensive for what little i receive. I paid 700yen for this shrimp salad thing, grrr Naturally the wheather decided to become cold, and i was wearing a tank top since it was the only clothes that I had left. I need to do my laundry. Chai Lee would keep standing next to be so that i would not be as cold. Then Minori said that she would try to treat us to dumplings and I asked Chai Lee if they had meat in them. She suddenly remembered that they did and I told Minori that she did not had to buy me any. After she bought them she finally understood what I said and she still offered me one. I said it was okay, but she insisted and it was starting to frustrating me since I told her that I haven't eaten meat in 7 years. Next Chai lee tried on some clothing, and then we went to this little shop that had a lot of hats and hair accessories and what not. I asked the girl if they accepted Visa and she said yes but you have to buy atleast 3000 yen worth of stuff. So Sara wanted this hat and this poofy thing, so I just put it all on my credit card and she paid me in yen. When I got out of the store some guy asked me how much the hat was since he likes all kinds of hats. His friend apparently owned the business that was across from the shop we were in selling army gear. i was trying to not tell the guy too much information. He was kinda weird and he was telling me how he bought this entire warehouse of 70's clothes that is brand new. I tried to have the guy talk to minori. Then his friend came and took him away. Thank goodness. We stopped at the nearest arcade and Harumi and I played DDR 7th mix since it was only 100yen, yeah! I wanted to play again but her leg can only take so much stress. Next we went to another hat shop, but I wasn't impressed. I went to look in this game store while they were looking and then I realized that I did not want to buy a game, but an outfit not :) I went into this store with lots of cute stationary and as I walking outside i saw the things that one sits on for the Japanese tables that are low to the ground. So I bought two of them since I want to buy a table eventually :) So Harumi wanted to get some Salsa and we went into this store that sold all kinds of imported goods. I must say it is strange to see Honey Grahms for 350 yen. I did not feel like waiting in the store so Chai Lee and I went outside and waited, then I got tired of waiting so we went to look at this store nearby, and I told her to hold my phone. She noticed that it was sticky which I thought was extremely strange, and then I opened up the phone to notice that their was this sticky fun in the inside, ewwww. I had no clue where it was from but Minori and Harumi came out shortly after. So I cleaned it off somewhat with some tissue. We stopped at the OiOi outlet store and I though it would be cheap, but it was not :P Next we only had about 30 minutes left because of the damn curfew, so we went down this side street and i found this REALLY cool clothing store called Nayu. They had all kinds of skirts that I wanted to buy that we very much my style. I will go back their sometime. Next we stopped at this little dessert place and I bought this pumpukin dessert. It was really good and i ate it really quickly while we were waiting for Chai to use the restroom in McDonalds. Next we took the train back to Shinjuku and transfered to the Chou Soba line to Iidabashii. On the train I asked Minori where are good places to buy traditional Japanese stuff and she told me that Department stores are the best. Once we got off at Iidabashii we looked at the pretty moon, and then walked down Kazurazaka dori. Harumi wanted to stop at the arcade to get her picture done at the print shop to send her friends but the line was too long so we left. We got back to the dorm and I showed Yasuko my new hat and Minori came out from the dinning room and since I drew the top that I wanted she knew exactly the outfit that I had in my mind. She told me to go to Harujuku and I asked Yasuko if she wanted to go to Harujuku with me but she had too much homework and a presentation due on Wed. So I grabbed the picture that Yasuko was trying to hide and it was of her boyfriend that is German. She ran upstairs and got two other pictures of him. I was very tired from all of the walking today, so off to bed.
