Got up nice and early today only to forget that since it was Sunday that breakfast is at 8:00am and not 7:00am. I still ate around 7:30am. Mia called me around 8:00am to inform me that she would not be going to the Tokyo Game Show, but she asked me if I wanted to spend the night at her place. I informed her that I was not sure since you are suppose to ask a day in advance and I dunno if she would make an exception this once. So I filled out the proper paper work and placed in her basket hoping that she had not awaken yet so she thought that I had placed it there the night before. I went down stairs only to see her there, damn.... So I got all of my stuff together, went on the website that mia told me had directions and then I asked the Sister for directions. She was looking at the subway map that she had then she got out this book and pulled out the map, It took me a second to realize but it was my Tokyo book that I had left there. I kinda felt weird taking back my own book so I did it discertly. I went up to my room once more and shoved some clothes into my bag. I went down stairs and asked the other sister about staying overnight then she got the sister I was kinda avoiding, and she said that she would make an exception just this once, so I was happy and I left. I called Mia to let her know that I could and that she should call me later. I went to Ichigaya subway and off I went. At Shinkiba I got off and I bought a ticket, but then i realized that I was stupid and that I purchased a ticket for the subway and not the JR. So I bought a ticket for the correct line, Keiyo sen. I did not realize how far away the place was. I saw Disney land if you get off at the stop at Muihama, it is right there. So I am sitting on the train and I noticed that this guy kinda seemed lost and he had a bilingual book, so I figured he spoke English. I asked him if he was lost, me being the Tokyo connsciour now :) and he said that he was going to Kaimen Makuhara, and I said that is where I was also going and we both were going to the Tokyo Game Show. I forget his name but he was from Spain and I showed him how to get to the convention center and I saw all of these ppl with these bags. I kept saying, "I want a bag!" We could not figure out how to get downstairs since that is how you got in apparently we walked all of the walk to the other side then figured it out. Once I got into the convention center I grabbed a bunch of books for mia. Then I saw the sales area and one of the first booths that I went to had a ton of chobits stuff including a chi in her black outfit, that was for your cell phone. I then stopped at the capcom booth and they had these servbots in the display case but they were not selling them!!! GRRRRR They were sooo cute especially the evil one. I ended buying my brother his x-mass present since it was something that I KNEW he wanted. Then the next thing I saw was this huge booth for Star Ocean and I watched this preview that was sooo awesome. Taito was there and every booth had booth babe's. X-box's booth was really cool they had it set up so you could play games in these machinese that you sat in and they cool futureristic. Capcom was displaying the Final Fantasy remake of i and ii, I took a picture even though I was not suppose to... hehehe I discovered that the Final Fantasy Tactics coming out for GBA is in fact a completely new game, but I do not like the art work as much. Then I saw a kick ass preview for Kingdom Hearts and it was dubbed in English with Japanese subtitles. Apparently they are releasing the American verision of Kingdom Hearts with Japanese subtitles and they are calling Kingdom Hearts Final Mix. I got my picture taken with the cat from the new game coming out for x-box. Between the 2 halls people who were dressed up were getting their pictures taken. Most of the costumes were amazing. I saw charcters from Kingdom Hearts, Inu Yasha, One Peace, Guilty Gears XX, games I did not know, Chobits, Final Fantasy, and soo much more. The second area had big names like Bandai, Sega, Namco. I saw this cool Inu Yasha game, a cool One Piece game for PS2, Silent Hill 3, Clock Tower 3, Resident Evil Zero, the newest Street Fighter, oh yeah and who could forget Britney's Dance Beat 2. I did not get to play many games but I was happy to discover that I could download games for my phone since everyone seem to setups. I entered this drawing for some doll but failed. This got got me to play this game on the phone but I did horrible... so I was looking around at games to play. Dog Walker was one of the games I played. A game that I doubt would ever make it to the states. The object of the game is to do certain things right so that your dog grows to full size. If you do things wrong he can't eat and he gets very depressed so I did not like it when I did understand exactly what I suppose to do. The gameplay is rather easy and the mini games seem very Mario Partish. The only problem with wanting to play games here was that you had to wait a very long time since ppl really did not have a time limit and they could play an entire game if they really choose to. There was a section of the convention center that was solely video game schools, which I thought was pretty cool. Everywhere ppl were dispersing pamplets and there was a big area that had this card game titled Aqurian Age then I realized that was the art book that I was looking at buying the other day. So I kinda want to buy some of those cards now. I went back to the Capcom booth and I saw that they were selling replicas of the guns from Resident Evil. I did not end up buying the kobun *servbot* cell phone strap because I did not think it was cute enough. I did end up buying the cell phone strap with chi though and I am so glad that I did, it is sooo cute. Food there was kinda expensive and the place was rather crowded. My back was starting to hurt severly so I figured that it was time for me to go. I left back on the train and going back home seemed much shorter than coming. Since I had the ticket that I had mistakenly purchased earlier for the subway I used that no problem and I actually did not need to adjust my fare at all. Once I got out of the subway station I had no clue where I was and it was then that I figured out how to check my messages. The girl from France was e-mailing me and Mia left a voice message immediately after I had called her that morning. So I called her back and was constantly getting disconnected and I went back into the subway station and figured out where to walk once i got outside I knew where I was. I walked right to Ichigaya station and bought my ticket for Shinjuku since that is what we agreed on. I also bought some strawberry pockey since i was starving. After I got onto the train platform, Mia called saying that it would have been cheaper if I took another route, etc.... but then she said it was okay and that I should go to Keio and that they would be there in an hour and a half. So I got onto the train found Keio department store and I sat in a seat finally. When I was standing in the train earlier I was in near tears because my back hurt so much. So sitting was good, I had a while so I drew quite a bit then Mia called me and asked where I was, and I described what was around and she said that she would be right there. So I went outside and it was cold and raining and windy. I waited for a good fifteen minteen and then she said okay this is not the Keio hotel. That is when we realized that their were two Keio's and we started chatting and catching up on different things that we experienced in Japan and I asked her about her Japanese class. She said that her class is 3 hours everyday so I thought it was an intensive course because it sounds that way from how she described it. So we finally made it to Keio Hotel and her host father was waiting in the car and I meet his daughter Yui. It felt good to put my stuff down once again. So Mia and I chatted for a long time and Yui feel asleep. It was really cute. Kaitama is a really far drive from the city once we got to their house I thanked them for having me over as well as driving me to their house. Mia won some fish from the festival as well a toy gun. Yui kept offering me cotton candy and Mia was attempting to get ahold of her other friends from school. They asked me if I had eaten anything and I said no and the mother cooked me something and it had pork in it so I had to pick out all of the pork. I also had something else that was mochi covered in sweet beans, it was okay but rather chewey. Then I had a Japanese fruit that looked like a Clemontine. Yui drew a picture of me and I realized that Yui and Hide were very lucky because the father was always interested in what the kids were doing. The father was very funny and he said that the only way one can enter the bath is if they dive it, it is a rule *_* So I decided that I wouldl get a bath since it would be good for my back *god i sound old* It was soo relaxing and Mia let me borrow some bath stuff. Then after my back I started going through my stuff and the father set out stuff for me to sleep on. The comforter was the most comfortable thing that I had ever felt. I need to find out how much one costs. Then I sorted out my items from the show and gave Mia a few things. Then after a bit of talking we decided to go to bed.
