Minimum Time Frame: 8 Weeks
Minimum Classes: 14
Form: Palgwe 2
One Step Sparring: Adult (Age 15 & Up) 7, 8, 9
Junior (Age 14 & Under) 5, 6
Push-Ups & Sit Ups: 30

Helping (Enforcing) Block (FS) Elbow Strike with Grab
Double Down, Step Forward
Change Stance Helping Block
 

Kicks:
Low & High Round House Back Foot Ax Kick
