One Step Sparring: Adult (Age 15 & Up)

Junior (Age 14 & Under)

Push-Ups & Sit Ups: Junior 80 / Adult 100
Endurance Run (45min): Junior 4 Miles
Adult 5 Miles
Senior 4 Miles
Written Assignment: TaeKwonDo and Me Paper
Junior 5 Pages
Adult 10 Pages

Hand Techniques:
Full Mountain Ridge Hand FS
Twin Elbow Strike HS Double Upper Cut is FS
Horse Stance Side Punch & Elbow Strike

Kicks:
Black Belt Kicking Drills:
Set 1(Warm Up) & Set 2(Kicking Drills)
Set 3(Counterattacks) & Set 4(Foot Work)

Breaking:
Junior:
Flying Side Kick, Jump Spin Side Kick,
Two Hand Techniques
Adult (15 to 39):
Flying Side Kick, Punch, Elbow Strike, Knife Hand,
Back Foot Hook Kick
Senior (40+):
Spin Side Kick, Punch, Elbow Strike, Knife Hand,
Back Foot Hook Kick
Women's Exception:
Punch may be substituted by any Open Hand Technique.
Flying Side Kick may be substituted by Jump Spin Side for
Juniors and by Spin Side for Adults or Seniors.
