Low Blue to High Blue Belt Requirements

Minimum Time Frame: 8 Weeks
Minimum Classes: 14
Form: Palgwe 5
One Step Sparring: Adult (Age 15 & Up) 14,15
Junior (Age 14 & Under) 11,12
Push-Ups & Sit Ups: Junior 45 / Adult 60

Hand Techniques:
Scissors Block Spinning Hammer FS
Rising Elbow FS Spinning Back Fist BS
Falling Elbow HS  

Kicks:
Jump Spin Hook Jump Spin Crescent
Double Kick, Front to Back Double Kick, Back to Front
Spin Wheel Kick  
Turning Round House Kick, Spin Hook Kick
Roundhouse Kick, Drop in Front, Pull Back Spin Hook Kick

Breaking:
Junior: Senior (40+):
Elbow & any 2 Kicks Any Kick & any open hand technique
Adult (15 to 39): Women's Exception:
Jump Front Snap & any open hand technique Elbow may be substituted for the open hand technique.

Paddle Work:
Double Kick, Front to Back
Double Kick, Back to Front

Leg Exercise:
(Attacker Round Kick)
Spin Wheel
Spin Hook
