The hospital has a total of 258 beds
in general wards, and 68 private beds. The general beds are in Nightingale type wards with adequate spacing and light.
Private beds include large deluxe rooms equipped with
TVs and telephones, all with ensuite facilities, hot water and an
attender cot, smaller private rooms with attached bathrooms and semi
private rooms.

Tovey Ward - private ward
Nutritious and dietary-planned foods are available to the in-patients.
There are also two canteens and a coffee shop on the campus.
There are two PCO booths and numerous call phones in the hospital allowing easy telephone access. Incoming calls are also allowed in emergency circumstances.
The private wards and ICUs are provided with phones for this purpose.
Attenders for the patients can be provided on request to help in the care
and comfort of patients.
Ample parking space is available in the campus.
Computerisation
All in-patients records and billings are computerised.
Phase one of computerization is complete with the laboratories,
payroll of the staff, the general stores and the pharmacy are fully
computerised. In phase two, all the wards would be connected on a LAN.
Computerised Billing System
Every department has access to the latest medical equipment to support
diagnosis and monitoring.
