Abraham came to New Amsterdam with his parents on 6 August 1661 on board the ship St. Jan Baptiste. He was carried off by Indians with his mother following the massacre at Hurley in 1663. Abraham was the last survivor of the 12 Patentees of New Paltz, NY. During his lifetime, in addition to land and houses at New Paltz, he accrued a patent for 1000 acres of land in Lancaster Co., PA as well as land on the Raritan River in New Jersey.

Jean Gascogne was Seigneur de Pirou and d'Espinay in Bayeux. He was married to Catherine LUZERNE but had a "relationship" with Marie de BEUZEVILLE, wife of Jacques DuBOIS.

Jacob served in the Lancaster County Militia during the Revolutionary War. He is buried in Carpenter's Graveyard, Lancaster Co., PA.

Nicholas and his family arrived in Philadelphia on board the ship St. Andrew Galley from Rotterdam on 26 September 1737. He may have been accompanied by two of his brothers. The family settled first at New Hanover, PA and, by 1752, on a farm near Stoney Run, Albany Township, Berks Co., PA. Nicholas was a Lutheran.

.Isaac served as a Sergeant of Company C of the 165 Pennsylvania Drafted Militia for a nine-month tour from 16 October 1862 to 28 July 1863 and saw action at Suffolk, Franklin, and Carsville, VA. He re-enlisted in Company G of the 209 Pennsylvania Volunteers as Orderly Sergeant on 4 September 1864 and was subsequently promoted to First Sergeant. With this unit he was engaged at Bermuda Hundred and Fort Steadman and participated in the charge and capture of Petersburg, VA. He was discharged 31 May 1865. Isaac was a farmer and owned a farm in Quincy Township, Franklin Co., PA.
