I, Isaac T. Riley of Quincy Township, Franklin County, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding cinsidering the uncertainty of life and being desirous to settle my worldly affairs while I have strength and capacity do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made as to Such Estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows:
1st. I bequeath to my beloved wife Malinda the use and enjoyment during her natural life of all my Estate Real and personal.
2nd. After the death of my said Wife I direct that my Estate be disposed of as follows. I give and bequeath to my grandDaughter Birdie Maree Myers One Thousand Dollars out of my estate, (provided never the less. If the said Birdie Maree be dec'd. and leves no Isue the said Thousand Dollars to divert back and be divided with and to the other Heirs hereinafter mentioned.
3rd. The ballance of my Estate rest resedue and remander whatsoever I direct to be divided as follows into Six Equal Shares alike.
4th. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Irene A. Entermarried to Dr. H. M. Fritz, One Equal Shair.
5th. I give and bequeath to my son Oscar S. Riley, One Equel Shair.
6th. I give and bequeath to my son Willis S. Riley, One Equel Shair.
7th. I give and bequeath to my son Charles T. Riley, one Equel Shair.
8th. I give and bequeath to my Son Horrace W. Riley, one Equel Shair.
9th. I give and bequeath to my Son Earl H. Riley, One Equel Shair.
10th. And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my Daughter Irene Fritz, Horris W. Riley & Earl H. Riley (three of my within named children) to be Executors of this my last Will & Testament.
in Witness whareof I Isaac T. Riley, the testator have to this my last will and testament set my hand and Seal this 4" day of January A.D. 1909.
Signed, Sealed and published and declared by the above named Isaac T. Riley, as and for his last will and testament in the presents of us who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto in the presents of the said testator and of each other.
Before me, S. A. Small, Register of Wills, in and for said County, personally came W. B. Zody and George W. Middour, the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing, who being duly qualified according to law, did depsoe and say that they were personally present and saw Isaac T. Riley, late of the Township of Quincy, in said county, deceased, the testator therein named sign his name to said writing, and seal the same and heard him publish and declare the said instrument as and for his last Will and Testament, and at the same time of so doing he was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that their own names thereto subscribed as witnesses were so subscribed at the request of the testator in his ....
