Welcome
to Keith and Debbie's FrontPage tutorial. Please note, This tutorial is built around
FrontPage 2000, NOT Internet Explorer, and should give you a good understanding of 2002 and XP as all
three versions of Frontpage are very similar. Here you will find out how easy it really is to build solid FrontPage web sites.
Through the use of actual screen shots you will
learn to add and edit text, add and edit
pictures, add
a theme, share
borders, work with tables,
add navigation with hyperlinks
or with FrontPage's
automated navigation tools and finally publish your new web for the world to see.
With FrontPage, you will not need to know any
HTML to create a site that suit your tastes. During this tutorial, any bold italicized text that you
see is a little more information on a subject, just click on the text and a
new window will open with a more detailed definition on that subject. Any bold
black text denotes a tool bar word that you will need to click on.
If this is your first time here,
follow the arrows at the bottom of each page to learn how to create a FrontPage
web site with all of the basic building tools you will need to start. Hover your
mouse over the arrow to see what section is next. If you if you follow this
tutorial step-by-step, you will gain the knowledge to build your own site like a
pro.
