| The purpose of this Limited Scope Draft EIS is to provide information concerning site specific development that is proposed for the Shorts School Road AM Antenna Structures project. This Limited Scope Draft EIS is not authorization for an action, nor does it constitute a decision or a recommendation for action. It is intended that this Limited Scope Draft EIS accompany the Proposed Shorts School Road AM Antenna Structure through the County�s review processes and be considered by County officials in making the necessary permitting/approval decisions regarding this proposed development, as noted on page i of the Fact Sheet. Key issues that will be analyzed as part of this Limited Scope Draft EIS for the proposed Shorts School Road AM Antenna Structures include the following: Aesthetics, Light and Glare Land Use and Shorelines The Snohomish County Deputy Hearing Examiner in his decision dated July 31, 2002 limited the scope of this Draft EIS to Aesthetics, Light and Glare. However, Land Use and Shorelines are also discussed in Section 3.2. This Limited Scope Draft EIS provides site-specific information concerning the proposed Shorts School Road AM Antenna Structures. The Limited Scope Draft EIS is organized into four major sections; Summary, Proposed Action and Alternatives, Affected Environment, and Cumulative Impacts. The Fact Sheet (starting on page i) provides an overview of the proposed project, location, permits required, and points of contact. |
