| Voluntary Project Revisions The project applicant, based on input from Federal, State, and local agencies, the general public and at the request of Snohomish County Planning and Development Services, and as a result of a negotiated settlement with Harvey Airfield, has revised the project twice from the original proposal. The original project proposal called for four guy wire supported antennas at 466 feet and four guy wire supported antennas at 425 feet. Table 1 illustrates the evolution of the project to its present day configuration. |
