R31. Perhaps it was only a trick of the light, but as the people of Minas Tirith kneel to the hobbits, Merry can swear that, for just a moment, he saw Boromir -- smiling and proud of what his ‘little ones’ have accomplished.

R32. Faramir unlocks the treasury of Minas Tirith for Aragorn, and the new king realizes the wealth at his command... and how it can best be used for the good of the city and its people.

R33. Movie-bunny: Aragorn searches the treasury of Minas Tirith for a suitable wedding gift for his bride.

R34. Frodo tells Aragorn why he named his new pony Strider.

R35. Back in Rivendell, Bilbo confides to Frodo that he knew when the Ring had been destroyed... and how he knew.

R36. Movie-bunny: The hobbits return to the Shire, and Frodo makes sure that word of Sam’s deeds reaches Rosie Cotton’s ears.

R37. Donated bunny from Lindelea1:
The hobbits spent months in Minas Tirith. How about a sort of an angsty, flashback-filled story written from the viewpoint of a very short servant who was detailed to serve the hobbits in the special hobbit-sized quarters the King had set up for them? Just think, this five-foot person must have had some sort of complex, living among the tall Men of Gondor, until he/she found out that size is not a definer of quality, or usefulness... And now the hobbits have gone, and this servant is clearing away after their departure... packing things away... remembering incidents...

R38. Donated bunny from Meldewen04:
[Movie Verse] It was very obvious that Legolas knew Arwen was there in Minas Tirith some time before Aragorn did by the way Legolas "told" his friend she was there. Now write a drabble or ficlet in which Legolas greets Arwen and Elrond at their arrival, and is anxious to tell Aragorn that she's there but Arwen will not let him yet as she does not want to take way from Aragorn's big moment (i.e. the coronation)...

R39. After awakening in the Houses of Healing, Eowyn’s memories of killing the Witch-king aren’t clear. Merry takes her to the spot where they did battle, and relates to her what happened, as he saw (and felt) it. What is her reaction? How clear are Merry’s memories, after having been in such Darkness himself?

R40. The Guards of the Citadel have never tended a living White Tree before, so the King asks Sam to give them a few gardening lessons.

R41. Before the hobbits leave Minas Tirith, Aragorn helps Pippin to have one more look into the palantir -- so the young hobbit can have one experience with a seeing stone that isn’t a frightening one.

Slightlytookish; Free

R42. Before Eowyn returns to Gondor with Faramir, she and Eomer go alone to pay their respects to Theoden’s burial mound. While there, they say their farewells to each other. What do they say to one another?

R43. Before the hobbits leave Rivendell for the Shire, Elrond tells them that they can take anything with them that they desire. What memento does each hobbit take away from Rivendell, to remember it by?

R44. After Sam and Frodo awaken in Ithilien, Pippin insists on moving into their tent on some pretext, but secretly he wants to look after them. After that, Merry moves in as well... to secretly look after all three of them.

R45. Growing up in Rohan, Eowyn never learned to swim -- something that Faramir feels he needs to remedy (OR) Sam and Eowyn discover that they have something in common -- no interest whatever in learning how to swim.
