R16. After Sam and Frodo awoke in Ithilien, “they visited again the places that they had passed before”. One day, the hobbits decide to spend a day swimming and picnicking at "the small clear lake" in which Frodo and Sam bathed before meeting Faramir -- and they persuade other members of the Fellowship to join them.

R17. Donated bunny from Periantari:
I've always thought that Faramir's falling in love with Eowyn was a bit premature since he has lost both brother and father in the most tragic of ways. Write a story about Faramir's sorrow and grief before he met Eowyn and after he has learned about how his father had died. I find it incredibly tragic to learn that his father tried to burn him alive and he himself had committed suicide, being ensnared by the Enemy in the Palantir all the time. Please write an angsty tale describing Faramir's thoughts about learning about how his father died. Feel free to include the conversation with Pippin, Beregond or Gandalf themselves... but mostly a story focussing on Faramir's grief and how perhaps meeting Eowyn (and/or Merry) at the Houses of Healing had healed him too...

R18. Meeting up with Galadriel after Aragorn’s wedding, Legolas admits to her that the sea-longing has been kindled within him, as she predicted. What do they talk about?

R19. Pippin takes the other hobbits to visit the small room where he and Gandalf stayed in Minas Tirith -- and his friends finally begin to wonder what Pippin went through, without them, in an unfamiliar, besieged city.

R20. In ordering that a house be set aside for the Fellowship to use while in Minas Tirith, Faramir is in a quandary. Should the hobbits be given small beds or regular-sized beds? He doesn’t want them to think they’re being treated as children. How is his dilemma solved?

R21. Southern citrus fruits are introduced to the hobbits in Minas Tirith, and Frodo develops an obsessive craving for lemons (as sour as possible) that makes his friends cringe whenever they’re forced to watch him eat one.

R22. Movie-bunny: After the War, rumors fly regarding how the Beacon had been lit when the guards were nowhere near it. In an unexpected ceremony, Faramir publicly honors Pippin for saving his life -- and for saving the City.

R23. Movie-bunny: King Elessar rises from kneeling before the hobbits, then breaks the tension -- and amazes the thousands watching -- by embracing all of the little folk with laughter and joy.

R24. Movie-bunny: When Frodo (and Sam) awaken in the Houses of Healing, his/their feet are too tender and sore to comfortably walk for any distance. So many Men clamor for the honor of carrying the Ringbearer(s) about, Faramir and Aragorn nearly have a riot on their hands.

R25. Pippin attempts to thank Gimli for finding him underneath the troll, but for the first time ever in his life, the irrepressible Took finds himself utterly speechless.

R26. Donated bunny from Rabidsamfan:
Stewards: Faramir, Sam and Gandalf... what if they ever talked about what it means to take care of what you love?

R27. Donated bunny from Rabidsamfan:
Where did Frodo get seven signatures in red ink for the will he left behind when he went to the Havens and left everything to Sam?

R28. Once he and Sam awaken after being rescued, Frodo finds it difficult to be back among so many people. How does he cope with the crowds who want to see him and speak with the Ringbearers?

R29. Since the Thain was to oversee the Shire “until the King comes back” -- a time that the Shirefolk never believed would come -- Pippin wonders aloud whether the Shire has seen its last Thain. Faramir reassures him that the King honors his Stewards. *OR* -- it’s Aragorn who reassures Pippin.

R30. Sam and Frodo are presented to Eowyn for the first time. What are their reactions to the first woman they’ve met of the race of Men?
