Fees:
$200 per hour or portion of an hour for a presentation
$375 for a two-hour workshop (include a 10-min. break)
$500 for a three-hour workshop (includes a 15 min. break)

$750 for a five-hour workshop plus a 1.5 hour lunch break (including two 10-minute breaks)
$900 for two three-hour workshops (spread over two days) (includes two 15 minute breaks)

Travel, Lodging and Meals extra. One-night’s lodging is required for locations that require more than an hour's driving time for Dr. Fox-Hines. Two nights lodging usually required if Dr. Fox-Hines has to travel by air to reach the site. Two nights lodging required for most Two Three-hour Workshops.

Workshop costs are based on a 5-20 person workshop. For each additional 20 persons, there will be a $25 materials fee (e.g. for 100 people, there will be an additional $100 fee).

*For the workshop using the Myers-Briggs Type indicator, there will be an extra fee of $10 per person for the inventory.
