PFI Mountain Retreat

For lack of an appropriate name, we've called it "PFI Mountain Retreat." The site is located on top of a mountain about 700 meters above sea level and, yes, it's an ideal place for a retreat. Quiet, cool, breezy and just a short distance from Ormoc City proper. (See location map below.)

If you have a private vehicle, it's just 30 minutes drive from the city. However, public transportation is also available, that is, if you're not in a hurry.

This is our main building and some of its features. This was part of a project grant by W.P. Schmitz Stiftung, a German funding partner of PFI. There's plenty of forest vegetation around. But we've managed to plant some fruit trees which should bear fruit in a few years. We also built a small swimming pool to cool off on warm summer days.

  

  
It's available for small group workshops, trainings, family retreat or simply a weekend treat with nature.
