PeteDotCom -> Networking -> TCP/IP -> Setup on Windows NT ->   Select Start Þ Settings Þ Control Panel Double click netowrk Þ click protocols tab double click the TCP/IP protocol in the network protocols list box. select the radio button next to "specify an IP address"  fill the boxes for IP address, subnet mask, & default gateway. click ok
