PeteDotCom -> Networking -> Linux -> X Window ->   To install wordperfect 8 for linux 1. start linux 2. type startx to start your xwindows 3. insert the word perfect for linux cd into your cd-rom drive. 4. open a terminal windows and mount the wordperfect cd by typing the command mount /dev/hdc /cdrom 5. goto the /cdrom directory by typing cd /cdrom in the terminal window. Then type ./install.wp to start the wordperfect setup program 6. follow the onscreen instructions to install wordperfect for linux
