FOR TWO MONTHS ADVANCE PAY FOR RENT When
you negotiate your lease, you will be required to bring several items with you
(see next page).
One of these items is two months of rent--one for the landlord and the
other for a security deposit.
If you used a private realtor, then he/she (not the landlord) gets the
rent. This
should not affect you, but remember that the landlord isn't getting paid for an
entire month if you use a private realtor.
