Turok
Review
Turok may not be very easy to get a hold of now as it
has been out for a few years, but it is still a fairly good game.
It mainly entails you the hero Turok hunting through different 3D dimensions in an attempt to stop an evil
overlord. On the way you must collect gateway keys to open the way to new levels as well as parts for a
super weapon.
Turok is a BIG game with plenty of areas to explore, the only thing that actually lets it down is the lack
of monsters throughout the game, and the controls are also slightly difficult to get used to.
Having said that Turok is still a lot of fun and has some very spectacular weapons and
game play. Like the
enemies who keel over holding on to bleeding arteries depending on how you kill them, or the Nuclear type
weapon that blows everything in sight to smithereens.
There are also some very funny cheats for use with the game.
If you had to choose between Turok and Turok2 I would recommend Turok any time it is far better than the
follow up.
