Perfect Dark
Review
Perfect Dark is the much awaited follow up to Goldeneye. It is a shootem up set in a 3D environment.
In it as in goldeneye you can pick from three levels of difficulty to play the game at and then work your way through all the levels right to the end.
The AI of the games enemies has improved a lot with enemies moving quicker and anticipating your moves.
The levels and story line have both been well thought out making it even better than the previous game.
The games four player option is still one of its best features. There are all new weapons in it such as the:
Cloaking device - makes you invisible
Farsight Weapon - Can shoot/see through walls
Laptop Gun - Works as a machine gun or remote gun turret
In addition to which even if you don't have anyone to play with you can set up some computer controlled opponents to play with.
Overall it is a great game, and one of the best for the N64.
