Mario Party
Review
Mario Party is one of those games that should be labeled multiplayer only. It is a lot of fun as long as you have a friend or two to play it with, but when played by only one player quickly becomes very boring.
It is set up like a board game, where you pick a character to play and move them around one of the pre-rendered boards. You can even set how many turns it will take before the game is to stop.
Anyway during the game the idea is to travel around the game board in an attempt to
collect as much money and Stars as possible. Collecting stars is done by landing on a star spaces
where you have to pay usually 20 coins for a star.
Collecting coins is done through landing on certain spaces or winning them in mini games. The main attraction of this game is in fact the mini-games, most of which have been well thought out and are quite funny.
Overall
this is a good game but not one you want to play by you self.
