THE VICE FINANCIAL SECRETARY
SECTION 11.15 The Vice Financial Secretary shall: A. Assist and act in the absence of the Financial Secretary as the Financial Secretary. B. Perform any duty assigned to him by the Financial Secretary and Executive. THE ORGANISING SECRETARY SECTION 11.16 The Organising Secretary shall: A. Be responsible for organising the social functions of the Association in conjunction with the President and the Publicity Officer. B. Assume the duty of the Vice General Secretary in the latter's absence. C. Perform any other duty assigned to him by the President or the Executive. THE VICE ORGANISISNG SECRETARY SECTION 11.17 The Vice Organising Secretary shall: A. Assist and act in the absence of the Organising Secretary as the Organising Secretary. B. Perform any duty assigned to him by the Organising Secretary or the Executive. THE PUBLICITY OFFICER SECTION 11.18 The Publicity Officer shall: A. Be responsible for publicising the Association's events and functions. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE JUDICIAL COMMITTEE SECTION 11.19 The Chairman of the Judicial Committee shall: A. Be the Head of the JC. B. Advise the Executive on matters pertaining to the constitution. C. Chair all constitutional review sittings. THE ELECTORAL COMMISSIONER SECTION 11.20 The Electoral Commissioner shall: A. Be the Head of the Electoral Commission. B. Prepare and submit to the Association a report on Congress proceedings at the first GM. |
