THE VICE PRESIDENT
SECTION 11.11 The Vice President shall: A. Be directly responsible to the President and the Executive. B. Assume the functions of the President and act in his absence. C. Perform any function(s) assigned to him by the President or the Executive. THE GENEARL SECRETARY SECTION 11.12 The General Secretary shall: A. Keep true and accurate records of proceedings of the Association. B. Have Executive powers in the absence of the President and the Vice President in the general running of the Association. C. Be a member of the Association’s delegations to all functions. D. In consultation with the President summon meetings both Executive Meeting and GM. E. Be a signatory to the Association’s bank account. F. In consultation with the Executive draw up the agenda of every GM. G. Be the sole custodian of the Association’s properties and logistics for the time being until an appropriate place is secured for the Association’s properties. THE VICE GENEARL SECRETARY SECTION 11.13 The Vice General Secretary shall: A. Assist and act in the absence of the General Secretary as the General Secretary. B. Perform any duty assigned to him by the General Secretary and Executive THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY SECTION 11.14 The Financial Secretary shall: A. Be responsible for the collection of all monies of the Association and keep records thereof. B. Prepare and submit to the Association a record of all financial transactions of the Association at the last GM of the year. C. Be a signatory to the Association s bank account and shall have the power to deposit money into the said account. D. Be responsible for all disbursement of money on behalf of the Association. E. Monitor the financial transactions of the Association. |
