| DECLARATION OF RESULTS
SECTION 12.15 A. The Electoral Commission shall have the sole right to declare the results of the election after receiving a report from the College. ELECTORAL OFFENCES SECTION 12.16 A. Contravention of any the regulations of procedure specified under this article (ref. ARTICLE 12) and any approved regulation of the Electoral Commission shall constitute an electoral offence. B. The aggrieved person or persons may submit an electoral petition endorsed by at least ten (10) members of the Association to the Electoral Commissioner who shall be obliged to submit the petition and make recommendations to the Judicial Committee. C. Any such petition shall be tabled not later than twenty-four (24) hours after the declaration of the result. D. The Judicial Committee shall be obliged to sit on the case and submit a report to the General Assembly. E. The decision and recommendations of the General Assembly shall be final. ARTICLE 13: STRUCTURE OF THE ASSOCIATION SECTION 13.10 The highest body and authority of the Association shall be Congress. SECTION 13.11 The GM shall be next in rank to Congress. SECTION 13.12 The Executive Committee Meeting shall be next in rank to GM. SECTION 13.13 The President shall be next in authority after the Executive Committee Meeting. SECTION 13.14 The Electoral Commission and the Judicial Committee shall be independent of any authority except the provision of the Constitution. ARTICLE 14: FINANCE FUNDS SECTION 14.10 The Funds for the Association shall include the following: A. All monies accruing to the Association by way dues. B. Donations made to the Association Attached. C. All monies realized through income generating ventures. D. All interests and profits from investments made by the Association. DUES SECTION 14.11 A. Dues shall be paid quarterly. B. The dues to be paid by members of the Association shall be proposed under the authority of the Executive with the approval of the General Assembly. |
