EXECUTIVE MEETING SECTION 6.14 A. There shall be an Executive meeting before a GM to draw up an Agenda for the GM. B. There shall be at least three Executive meetings within a year. C. It is mandatory that all members of the Executive committee attend all Executive meetings. D. The Quorum for Executive meetings shall be four members, which shall include The President or The Vice President or The General Secretary. E. Agenda for an Executive meeting shall be made known to members seven (7) days before the meeting. F. Copies of all approved Executive committee's meetings minutes shall be made available to the members. SECTION 5.14 COMMITTEE AND COMMISSION MEETINGS A. There shall be committees and commissions sittings as and when deemed necessary. ARTICLE 7: EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. SECTION 7.10 There shall exist within the Association an Executive Committee hereinafter referred to as the Executive. SECTION 7.11 The Executive, the Administrative, and all other such related powers shall be invested in the Executive. SECTION7.12 The Executive shall comprise of the following: A. President B. Vice President C. General Secretary D. Vice General Secretary E. Financial Secretary F. Vice Financial Secretary G. Organising Secretary H. Vice Organising Secretary I. Publicity Officer |
