SECTION 14.12          

A.        Any member who shall fail to service his dues for a year shall be fined a fee, thirty percent of the arrears.

B.        Failure to comply with the provision of SECTION 13.12.A shall mean the decision to withdraw membership from the Association.


SECTION 14.13          

A.        There shall be three (3) signatories to the Association's Account.

B.        The signatories shall be:


ARTICLE 15: INDEMNITY

SECTION 15.10          Any member of the Association or any person shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Association against any legal or liabilities as incurred in a legitimate and legal execution of their duties as assigned to them under this Constitution.


ARTICLE 16: AUDIT

SECTION 16.10          The accounts of the Association shall be audited at the end of the term of office of the elected officers; that is after Congress.

SECTION 16.11          

A.        The audit report shall be presented to the General Assembly at the first (1st) GM after Congress for certification.

B.        Copies of the certified audit report shall be made available to any member upon request.

SECTION 16.12          

A.        The Judicial Committee shall have the sole authority to appoint a five-man Audit Committee hereinafter referred to as the AC to audit the Association's account.

B.        The members of the AC shall not be incumbent elected officers or aspirants for official positions.

ARTICLE 17: RESIGNATION AND EXPULSION

RESIGNATION

SECTION 17.10          

A.        Any member of the Association except those elected by the General Assembly may resign his post voluntarily.

B.        Any such resignation shall be communicated to the President in writing seven (7) days before his resignation and the Executive shall appoint a suitable Executive member to act until a sustentative officer is elected.
