BYE- LAWS AND REGULATIONS

CHAPTER 3- FEES

3.01 All fees received by the JCF shall be accounted for by the Treasurer of the JCF and lodged to the JCF’s Bank Account.

3.02 The following are the prescribed fees:

(a) Application for membership / affiliation $50.00
Group Application Fee per member $40.00

(b) Annual affiliation of a Club ? $100.00

(c) Annual membership $100.00
For a three-year period $250.00

(d) Clubs additional / new member $80.00

(e) Additional Renewal fee for lapsed membership / affiliation
for individual membership $10.00
for Club's affiliation $20.00

(f) Appeals to Appeals Committee $50.00

(g) Rating fee for non?JCF events per game $2.00

(h) Tournament entry fees
(1) National Championship (Open Category) $100.00
(2) Other National Championships $ 50.00
(3) Club events $ 30.00
(4) Other events ? minimum $ 20.00

(i) Fine for un-notified withdrawal from tournaments:
Individuals $ 50.00
Clubs $100.00

3.03 Students and their affiliated Clubs are allowed a 50% discount on all prescribed fees.

3.04 There shall be no application of membership fees necessary for persons designated as honorary members or as associate members.

3.05 The Council retains the right to waive the payment of membership fees for such persons or classes of persons as it deems fit.
