Whitewashing the sheds -- (warm weather only) whitewash is kept in the storage shed, mix it with milk and a little water, then just paint the sheds, don't forget to clean up your brush and the bucket you used with water and soap.

Chaulking/weatherproofing -- mix dirt, straw and water together, then use a stick to press this mixture anywhere you see a crack or hole.

Cleaning the docks -- you must scrub down the wooden docks and as much of the stones beneath as you can with a mixture of water and bleach. Use a scrub brush or an old broom.

Gardening -- prepare the Gardens: gather dung and the mucked hay from the cattle shed and spread it over the ground. Take a hoe and mix the compost with the soil thoroughly, making sure to cover the entire garden. The soil in Torvaldsland is not the best and requires the fertilization.
