The Threefold Law
It is the Belief of Wiccans that whatever you do will come back to you three times as strong. So if you send out good energies you will have good energies returned to you threefold. However, if you send out bad energies, then you will get bad energies returing to you threefold. This applies with all aspects of life, including magick.
Ever mind the Rule of Three,
Three times what thou givest returns to thee,
This lesson well thou must learn,
Thee only gets what thou dost earn.
