Belas Knap Long Barrow
Belas Knap Long Barrow is a neolithic burial chamber dating back to around 2000 BCE (Before Common Era). It was built by hand and is an amazing 178 feet long and 18 feet high. It contains the bodies of around 40 people. It also has a 'false' entrance at the northern end of the long barrow.
