Cassandra has several muntant like abilities including telepathy, a healing factor, and shapeshifting. Group Identification: None Current Status: Inactive Cassandra Nova is the twin sister of Charles Xavier. Xavier apparently saw her evil in the womb of thier mother, and killed Cassandra. Cassandra survived somehow, and was able to keep her presence hidden all these years. Cassandra recruited Donald Trask, the great nephew of the original creator of the Sentinels, and somehow stole his voice patterns. With his voice, Cassandra was able to control the Sentinels, and she sent Giant Sentenels to destroy Genosha. Cyclops and Wolverine found her and brought her back to the X-Mansion. Once there, Cassandra made her way to Cerebra, and using the power of Cerebra, switched bodies with Xavier. Cassandra used Xavier's body to annonce to the world the X-Men and thier missions, and afterwards to go into space and to take control of Lilandra, Emporess of the Shiar Galactic Empire. Using the Shiar, she sent the Imperial Guard of the Shiar to cripple the X-Men, thus allowing her to kill all the mutants on earth using Charles' mind and Cerebra. But her plan failed when Jean Grey took Xavier's mind into her own. Jean used Cerebra to spread Xavier's mind into all muntants minds, and when Cassandra tried to kill all the mutants, the pieces of Xaviers mind came togather and he exspelled Cassandra out of his body. Cassandra needed a body, so she took a body that looked like her own from Emma Frost. Emma with the help of several other students, had used a shape shifting Shiar probe and scanned Cassandra's DNA, making the probe look like Cassandra. When Cassandra tried to use the body, it made her mind go blank, , and sent her into a total existance of collecting information. |
