This unit plan Michigan Festivals contains many links to have the students complete most of the activities.

My Michigan Web quest is all based on activities for the internet. The students complete all the assignments via the internet. There are links to the different cities in the state to find specific

The students have time during centers to work on the computers. Some of the programs the students have used are: puzzlemaker,  spelling game, many reading and spelling games that are loaded on the computers.

During our M &M math, the students used M&M's to create graphs.

While creating glyphs we used art and craft materials. The students read the lesson with the legend and created their own turkeys.

While working with the community unit, we worked in the computer lab in groups. The students looked up a specific county and gathered specific information.
