I participated during fall conferences with my cooperating teacher.

Biweekly classroom newsletters are sent home. At Halloween  I sent home a note discussing what we would be doing at school. 

Parents work in the classroom on a weekly basis. They help the children with the book in a bag learning center. I met with parents weekly to talk about how things were going and what I could do to help make it better.
