MISS PHILIPPINES
Beyond 2000
The  90's : Forerunner of Things To Come
The decade of  the 90'S brought  fresh  meaning  to the realm and  rich history
of Philippine pageants.

The  stigma that  pageants are tacky
and cheesy  was slowly  becoming a
thing of the past.
Famous celebrities,
much in  demand  models, actresses
and
graduates  from  the  country's
finest
universities were winning the  country's coveted crowns.

Gone were the days when contestants couldn't even hold an interview!  Yes,
the  decade  was  fast  becoming  a  platform  where the  woman of  the Philippines was unashamedly giving
us a piece of her mind!

A forerunner of things
               to come?

BEAUTIFUL
What would you tell a girl suffering from low self-esteem to feel good about herself?

"I would tell her to believe in herself because it is not only physical beauty that is important but also inner beauty. Just like what the Little Prince said, 'the essential things are invisible to the naked eye.' Definitely, character and personality are  more important than physical beauty."

Ruffa is one of a kind. Looks are one thing, you're  born with it;  and confidence on the
other hand, is developed through the passage
of  time. Wisdom  is something  else.  You
acquire it through the right resources & when developed  properly,  yields stunning  results!
