Review
Resident Evil 2 has got to be one of the best games in the Resident Evil series. In it you can take the role of either Leon S. Kennedy, who is a promising new S.T.A.R.S recruit or Claire Redfield, who has arrived in Raccoon city looking for her brother Chris (One of the main characters from the first Resident Evil game).

This game differs from most of the others in the Resident Evil series, in that you can play the game using one character and then play it again using the other character. Depending on what you do first time thorough the game can affect certain things when you play it with the other character.
You get all the usual resident evil type monsters: zombies, dogs, birds etc, but this time there are some new horrors waiting to pounce.
Resident Evil fans will be glad to hear that in this game you get plenty of ammo and don't have to worry so much about your gun suddenly going click, click, click, at that crucial moment.
The main point of the game is to escape from Raccoon city before you become lunch for some flesh eating monster. To do this you have to solve puzzles and find out what the evil corporation Umbrella have been doing.

The movie sequences for this game have been really well done, using computer animated graphics, rather than film, which was used in Resident Evil.
In addition to this there are two secret characters you can unlock and play with. One is called Hunk, who is a soldier for Umbrella, and the other is Tofu, who is a giant stick of Tofu (kind of a cake of some sort).
Both of whom have their own short mission to complete, you get an arsenal of weapons with Hunk and one combat knife with Tofu. (guess who I went for)
Overall the plot for this game is great, you get a very interesting story line and a wide variety of monster to fight. The puzzles have been done in the true resident evil style and should be fairly easy to figure out (especially if you played the first game in the series).
