-         “There was one time when one Client saw his orders, to his amazement, he immediately put on the jersey. Ang ganda-ganda raw na pagkakagawa natin ng design n’ya. Huwag na raw ibalot, kaya sinuot na n’ya agad paglabas pa lang.”

Tough defense

- There were some needed repairs from a demanding job order. He took everyone by surprise, both Clients and fellow employees, when the Printing Section delivered the much needed yet “impossible” result, earlier than the scheduled. His secret? A back-up inspired system he formulated for that specific order. That was the most challenging task he handled so far --- an account for the AFP (Armed Forces of the Philippines).

Momoy is always up to the challenge. While others may see a hard-hitting job, it’s most of the time, very manageable for him to handle.

To the Rescue

- Momoy promptly responds to problems encountered on job orders.

 “I make it a priority to already know what to do when faced with certain job order constraints. I have a system to avoid delays and errors… but when it’s really against all odds, I have another system for solutions, and thus still produce the satisfactory results.”

Teamwork matters to him. He prioritizes unity despite of the differences among his group. Being the witty person that he is, as much as possible he sets his team in a positive and cheerful mode. He highly regards that his team is setting towards the Company’s goal to hit the foreign market. They have mutual respect and concern. That’s the secret of their harmonious relationship.

Also, if needed be, Momoy fills in supplementary tasks. He’s not just a good leader but a supportive follower as well.
