Franchise Ownership Rights: All Franchise Ownership Teams and Athletic Director Positions have certain rights and protections under the CSF, it’s management and it’s Administrative Staff. These Rules can be found in all League By-laws and Constitutions as well as stated here. Teams Without any asterisks (*), have full membership rights and privileges. This means they cannot have their teams revoked or taken away without due process of the CSF’s rulings which will be explained below. All other franchise owners and Athletic Directors fall under the following categories as explained below.

A full franchised or Athletic Director’s teams can be removed, however it takes multiple seasons to remove them without any grievance or complaint against owner’s removal by the owner or Athletic Director him/her self, or another franchise owner, CSF Management or a administrative staff member. It must take three Full Seasons to remove them from Ownership or A.D. position unless a result of death. One Full Season must pass as Full owner, a ^ may be placed next to their name as notification of the steps taking place in the standings and on The Official Ownership Page posted on the Internet and/or on the Official Computer Records.

Following Steps Apply To: those teams with asterisks to be removed. The First step toward removal of a permanent franchisee a team will be marked with a *, This is giving first notice that a franchisee is a couple seasons from possible removal from the CSF’s League He or She is a member in. The Second Season the Team Franchisee’s team or name is to be marked with a **, Letting the Franchise Owner know He/She is one more season from potential removal from the League or Leagues He/She has Franchise rights too. For the Third Season The Team or Franchise Owner is marked with a ***, Letting all know this is quite possibly the last season for that Franchise Owner to be the Franchise Holder of His/Her Teams for that City, or that Franchise. After that without contact by the Franchise Owner, and/or Interest by a new Franchisee, the Team may be revoked and reassigned, or designated a League Controlled Team Once again. After this Third Season is completed in the Removal stages, a ^ will be placed next to the owners name, or the Owner box will become empty. This indicates the Franchise is available and on the market for any interested parties. One Can Not OWN MORE THAN ONE (1) FRANCHISE In Any One League as it goes against the moral integrity of the CSF and it’s Leagues. An Explanation of College Athletic Director Position Program

All College Athletic Directors are given out as honorary positions to family and friends. They may be revoked for reasonable circumstances but not petty things. Many are assigned for the fun of it to make Rivalries and the collegiate cyber sports program more interesting. Please bear that in mind at all times. If you would like to be a part of our fun please E-mail us at [email protected] or at [email protected] and make a request for the team of your choice! There is no cash prizes involved at the College Sports level, however there is fun and rivalry always. There are plenty of teams available so send us your top three picks and we will do what we can to accommodate your desires for a team. You will be able to participate in Recruiting and keeping an eye on your team! The CCAA (Cyber College Athletic Association) participates in the sports of Basketball and Football which includes the Bowl System (BCS) and the CCAA Tournament of 64 teams for the National Championship in March Madness. Please Note: Not all teams are listed here-in, teams not listed do not participate in Full schedule for CCAA FBS (Division 1). Many institutions participate in Basketball which are not listed herein. They can be added if you want to be a Athletic Director for a specific team, but it will not participate fully in football, and potentially not all teams listed herein participate in basketball.
