2005 Season In ReVIew:
With improvements to the batting and pitching for MVP BASEBALL 2005 EA SPORTS brought the fun and excitement back to baseball in the video world and the thrill of competition which brought fun back into managing a team rather than just being a General Manager! The fun of not only signing players, but setting ticket prices and growing the team and keeping a budget was a vast improvement, but with the new aspects of play, it became fun to play the game again!!! Also with the new added “A” farm system teams this year, more prospects to work with and 4 teams to keep track of and control! As far as Cyber League Baseball is concerned, Baseball IS BACK!!! AND STONGER THAN EVER!!! We see years of healthy ball being played at the level we like it at the CSF, and that is with EA SPORTS AND CYBER LEAGUE BASEBALL From “A” to the Majors!!! This will probably be our most exciting year yet!!! At least since the olden days of 94, with Trish involved as much as she was before you could trade and move players around. This is as good as it gets for now!!!

Golden Baseball
Series Recap:
The Toronto Blue Jays under the Management of Keith J. Wilson won the Golden Baseball Series 4-3! They had a scare going down 0-2 in St. Louis, but took command in the Series with 3 straight wins at home to take the series lead before going back to St. Louis for games 6 and 7. They fell in game 6 by the score of 6-2 and it looked like a home games win series and they would be out. However their ace pitcher Tommy Heater came in with a glowing performance with his knuckle ball and screw ball, and after the Cardinal run was scored he settled into throwing those two ace pitches of his. That shut down the Cardinals for the rest of the night until the Blue Jay Big Bats began to be tuned up! No home runs but lots of gutsy base running and aggression on the bases made up for lack of power this Oct 30th night of 2005. The Jays scored 6 runs and Tommy Heaters Knucklers and Screwballs shut down the Cardinals.
