Fishing Methods

Float Fishing:- This is when you use a float to detect your bites. You can set your float to whatever length you want. Normally it is better to fish on the bottom because this is where most fish eat. When float fishing you will sometimes get lift bites this is when the float moves up instead of going under the water. When it does this the fish has picked up the bait.

Leger Fishing:- Leger fishing is usually done without a float, but not always you can buy polaris floats which move up and down the line. The ideal rod for legering is could a quiver-tip. 

Paternoster Fishing:- In paternoster a weight heavy enough to hold the bottom is tied to the extreme end of the line. A hook on a hook-length is then attached to the line at any desired point to a loop or a 3 way swivel.
