A good place to fish in Lincolnshire is the foss dyke which is a canal connecting the Trent to the witham. I catch regular there. It has many good roach some maybe over 1 lb. There are a few bream but my main catch is usually perch I have had a few decent sized pike out of it too. To get to the part I fish you must go down carhome road near the university of Lincolnshire and Humberside. From there any left turning should take you down to the canal nothing is banned as far as I know and the day permit is about £1 50 obviously you need a rod license also. cheers Ben
