I wish somebody would understand me
When I say this love won't let me be
You are like 20 years older

Or who is around my age
What if you're the one I've been looking for?
What if you wanted me to cross that door
And hold me in your arms?
What if I said to the world
Hey, this guy really loves me more than you do?
But no, he doesn't know me
And that makes me so blue
No-one can cheer me up
Everybody says I should stop
But I want him so bad
To the point I feel sad
everyday and night
I would feel so fine
If I could hold his hand
Letting him know he's the only one
But I can't
'cause he's a teacher of mine
I admit I've fallen in love before
But not this way though
I can't even look at him
Without blushing all over
I wonder if he notices it
I bet he laughs
And laughs
Thinking we would never fit
