Another Bob Williams saga. One can't help suspecting that Chick has unresolved internal Gay issues, the way he keeps re-hashing the story of Sodom and Gomorrah all the time! Either that, or he knows his market very well....

Lot and Abraham meet the Village People. Jack shows that there's nothin' new "where the sun don't shine!"

SYNOPSIS: The comic starts off with some sort of Gay Pride rally, but these C.U. (Chick Universe:-) Gays aren't gonna be taking no for an answer, no siree! "If research money for AIDS is not coming at a certain level by a certain date, all gay males should give blood." Yep, that's what he said!

The star of this show is the intrepid Bob Williams (that mustached twat who appears in so many Chick Tracts) this time as TV news cameraman. He spots a promising opening (so to speak:-) in the all-male all-gay crowd when one of the onlookers (Sean) asks: "Hey man. What did you think of our rally?"

Bob responds to the effect that this is just "Sodom and Gomorrah all over again," and of course gets the standard C.U. response from non-believers (although unusually, Sean didn' t call him "a fanatic":-).

After that it's basically a Sunday School recitation of the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, although you probably wouldn't have seen too many pictures like these in Sunday School! (Well, maybe in a Gay church:-).

Naturally Sean knew absolutely nothing about any of this, and immediately repents, asks the Lord's forgiveness and so on and is thus saved. Whew! One down, 24 million or so to go!

ARTWORK: Beautiful. This is done in "Photorealistic" style, looking like something out of an expensively-produced book of bible stories.

MEMORABLE POINTS: The pictures of "Life in Sodom" are the standout features of this comic. Apparently these are widely (albeit illegally) reproduced on T-shirts worn by Gays. Apparently Jack thinks all gay men are hairy macho types with perms!
The Gay Activist's threat: "If research money for AIDS is not coming at a certain level by a certain date, all gay males should give blood," just sounds tho-o-o-o ominouth!

WEAK POINTS: Even if he did call for Gays to do that, I doubt too many would actually do it. All blood is tested for HIV anyway; only a relatively small fraction of Gay men are actually HIV positive; the penalites for such an action would be extremely severe, and the liklihood of conviction extremely high. Only someone inhabiting the C.U. would think up something like that.
