Partner/Family Interaction

1. In what small ways can you show appreciation to the one you love? When will you begin this? How often? What will you do first?

2. In what ways can you be less selfish in your relationship that would be greatly appreciated by your partner?

3. What could you do to be more intimate and loving with your partner?

4. What could you do, give up, or compromise on in order to improve your relationship with your partner?

5. What could you do to enhance or bring the laughter and spontaneity into your relationship?

6. What could you do to enhance sexual intimacy with your partner?

7. What qualities, attitudes, and behaviors would you like your partner to manifest? How can you help him or her with this?

8. What hobbies, activities, or intellectual pursuits do you enjoy and would like your partner to engage in with you? When and how will you begin to do this?

9. What things can you do to build up your partner's self esteem? When will you start this?

10. What can you do to really surprise the person you love? Ex: go away for the weekend on a short vacation or going out of town for the day.  When can you do this?

11. How can you eliminate certain recurring negative experiences or issues with your partner? When will you start working on this? 

12. What do you and your partner enjoy doing together? When can you make time to do these things?

13. How would you describe your ideal partner? 

14. What type of wedding ceremony would you like to have or have had?

15. Where would you want to go/did go on your honeymoon?

16. What can you do for your partner on your next anniversary to make him/her feel twice as special as ever before?

4. What are the 3 most important things you could improve in your life if you exerted greater self-discipline? When will you begin?

5. What personality traits, such as being more approachable, would you like to cultivate? How specifically can you do this?

6. What personality traits, such as being impatient, would you like to eliminate or better manage? How specifically can you do this?

7. What can you do to be more genuine and authentic? Who should you start with first?

8. How do you wish others would perceive you? What image or perception would you have to change, and how shall you accomplish this?

9. What area or situation in your life should you challenge yourself to leave a comfort zone? How can you accomplish this?

10. In what relationships should you become more responsible? How can you accomplish this?

11. What can you do to be a better friend to yourself? Ex: being more forgiving of past mistakes.

12. What is your biggest dream or hope for yourself? What can you do to make this reality?

13. If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any ability or quality, what would it be? How can you start developing it now?

14. What problems if solved, would give you more peace of mind? Ex: being honest, pay of debts, get out of a bad relationship.  What specifically can you do to solve that problem?

15. What can you do to start the day off on a more positive note? Ex: praying, goals, doing good deeds for others.

16. In what situations should you be more responsible for your actions and moods rather than blaming others or making excuses?


 

Appearance Goals

1. What would you like to weigh? What is a realistic date to achieve this? How will you accomplish it?

2.What would you like your waist size to be? What size of clothing would you like to be wearing?

3. What would you like your body to look and feel like at the age of 70? What things can you do to improve the chances of looking and feeling that way when you are that age?

4.  How long would you like to live? What health habits would you have to change or improve to ensure that this happens?

5. What can you do to take better care of your skin?

6. What can you do to improve the quality of your hair and scalp?

7. What can you do to protect/help your eyes?

8. What would you like your percent of body fat to be? What can you do to achieve this?

9. What would you like your heart rate to be?

10. What would you like your cholesterol level to be?

11. How often would you like to have a medical check-up? What date will you schedule your appointment?

12. What would you like to learn about nutrition? How and when will you find this information?

13. How much sleep do you get in a week basis? How much would you like to get? How much is reasonable for your schedule? What are some ways you can make sure you get enough healthy sleep?

14. What do you need to give up to become more healthier?
